M1 Schedule 1 to the (which prescribes close seasons for deer of the species and descriptions therein mentioned) shall be read and have effect as if under the heading β€œRoe Deer (Capreolus capreolus)” in the said Schedule there were inserted the wordsβ€”

β€œ Buck .......... 1st November to 31st March inclusive. ”

2 Short title, and commencement.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Roe Deer (Close Seasons) Act 1977.

(2) This Act shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1977.
