An Act to Amend the Deer Act 1963 with respect to close seasons for roe deer.

1 Close seasons for roe deer. cross-notes

M1 Schedule 1 to the (which prescribes close seasons for deer of the species and descriptions therein mentioned) shall be read and have effect as if under the heading “Roe Deer (Capreolus capreolus)” in the said Schedule there were inserted the words—

Buck .......... 1st November to 31st March inclusive.

2 Short title, and commencement.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Roe Deer (Close Seasons) Act 1977.

(2) This Act shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1977.
