1990 CHAPTER 45

An Act to repeal section 9(3) of the Import, Export and Customs Powers (Defence) Act 1939.

Be it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Repeal of s.9(3) of 1939 Act.

M1 Section 9(3) of the Import, Export and Customs Powers (Defence) Act 1939 (which provides for the expiry of that Act when the emergency which was the occasion for its passing is declared by Order in Council to have come to an end) is hereby repealed.

2 Short title.

This Act may be cited as the Import and Export Control Act 1990.
