The Financial Markets and Insolvency (Amendment) Regulations 1992

The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 187(3) of the Companies Act 1989( 1 ), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Markets and Insolvency (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st May 1992.

2. In Regulation 16(1)(a)(ii) of the Financial Markets and Insolvency Regulations 1991( 2 ), for the reference to the Financial Services (Clients' Money) Regulations 1987( 3 ) there shall be substituted a reference to the Financial Services (Client Money) Regulations 1991( 4 ).
