The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 20(1) and (10) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation, commencement and interpretation I1

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection (Applications, Appeals and Registers) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 24th April 1996.

(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Environmental Protection (Applications, Appeals and Registers) Regulations 1991 ( 2 ) .

Amendment of the principal Regulations I2

2. In regulation 15 of the principal Regulations (registers), as substituted by the Environmental Protection (Applications, Appeals and Registers) (Amendment) Regulations 1996(3), after paragraph (c) there shall be inserted the following—

(ca)all particulars of any representations made by any person required to be consulted under paragraph 2, 6 or 7 of Schedule 1 to the 1990 Act pursuant to regulation 4(1) above;.F1]
