F1Act repealed (22.7.2004) by Statute Law (Repeals) Act 2004 (c. 14) , s. 1(1) , {Sch. 1 Pt. 1 Group 4}; however, following this repeal the words "Supreme Court" in each place in the Act were expressed to be substituted (1.10.2009) by the words "Senior Courts" therefore rendering the Short Title as "Senior Courts (Offices) Act 1997" by virtue of Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c. 4) , ss. 59(5) , 148(1) , Sch. 11 para. 32 ; S.I. 2009/1604 , art. 2(b)(d)substituted, repealed
