The Food Standards Act 1999 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2000
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 43(2) of the Food Standards Act 1999( ), hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Standards Act 1999 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2000.
2. All provisions of the Food Standards Act 1999 which are not already in force, or which are in force for a particular purpose only, or in relation to Scotland and Wales only, shall come into force or, as the case may be, come into force for all other purposes, or in relation to England and Northern Ireland as well, on 1st April 2000.
