Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 6 of the Medical (Professional Performance) Act 1995( 1 ), and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

Citation

1. β€”(1) This Order may be cited as the Medical (Professional Performance) Act 1995 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2000.

Appointed Day

2. 18th May 2000 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the whole of the Medical (Professional Performance) Act 1995 so far as it is not already in force.
