Electronic Communications Act 2000 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2000

The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 16(2) of the Electronic Communications Act 2000( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Electronic Communications Act 2000 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2000.

Appointed Day

2. Sections 7, 11 and 12 of the Electronic Communications Act 2000 shall come into force on 25th July 2000.
