The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of paragraph (c) of Schedule 2 to the Charities Act 1993( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:β€”

1. This Order may be cited as the Exempt Charities Order 2000, and shall come into force on 1st August 2000.

2. The Royal College of Art is hereby declared to be an exempt charity for the purposes of the Charities Act 1993.
