The Human Rights Act 1998 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2000

2nd October 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22(3) of the Human Rights Act 1998( 1 ), I hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Human Rights Act 1998 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2000.

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of those provisions of the Human Rights Act 1998 that are not already in force is 2nd October 2000.
