The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2000

The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers conferred by section 70(3) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995( 1 ) and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2000.

Provisions coming into force

2. Sections 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 and, to the extent not previously in force, 48 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 shall come into force on 30th August 2000.
