The Football (Disorder) Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 5(1) of the Football (Disorder) Act 2000( 1 ), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Football (Disorder) Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2000.

2. Section 1 of the Football (Disorder) Act 2000 shall come into force on 28th August 2000.
