The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 13(1) of the Trustee Delegation Act 1999( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Trustee Delegation Act 1999 (Commencement) Order 2000.

2. Sections 1 to 12 of, and the Schedule to, the Trustee Delegation Act 1999 shall come into force on 1st March 2000.
