The Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2000

The Attorney General, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3(2) of the Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate Act 2000( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2000.

2. Sections 1 and 2 of the Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate Act 2000 shall come into force on 1 October 2000.
