At the Court at Balmoral, the 11th day of September 2000

The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 3(1)(b) of the Energy Act 1976( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 1976 (Reserve Powers) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 11th September 2000.
