The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 408(1) and 413(1) and (2) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999( 1 ), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with all bodies which, and persons who, he considers may be affected, as required by section 413(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the GLA Roads and Side Roads (Transfer of Property etc.) (Modification) (College Farm, Finchley) Order 2000, and shall come into force on 9th October 2000.
Modification of Order
2. The GLA Roads and Side Roads (Transfer of Property etc.) Order 2000( 2 ) shall be deemed for all purposes to have come into force with the following inserted at end of paragraph (b) of article 2(2) (property reserved from transfer)—
“ or
(c) all property of the Secretary of State comprised in and relating to College Farm, Fitzalan Road (including 47 and 49 Fitzalan Road), Finchley, London N3 3PG as the same is registered at H.M. Land Registry with title absolute under Title Numbers MX141872 and NGL 244982 ” .
