The Utilities Act 2000 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2000

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 110(2) of the Utilities Act 2000( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:—
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Utilities Act 2000 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2000.
Provisions of the Utilities Act 2000 commenced by this Order
2. 1st November 2000 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the provisions of the Utilities Act 2000 listed in the first column of the Schedule to this Order for the purposes set out in the second column.
