In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 5(2) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998( 1 ), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Crime and Disorder Strategies (Prescribed Descriptions) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 10th March 2000.

2. Article 2(2) of the Crime and Disorder Strategies (Prescribed Descriptions) Order 1998( 2 ) shall be amended by adding at the end

(g) the National Assembly for Wales, if the area is in Wales. ( 3 ).
