The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 5 and 7 of the West Indies Act 1962( 1 ) and section 1 of the Anguilla Act 1980( 2 ) and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—

Citation and commencement

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Caribbean Territories (Control of Gold, Securities, Payments and Credits: Kuwait and Republic of Iraq) Revocation Order 2000.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 14th December 2000.

Extent of Order

2. —(1) This Order extends to the following territories—
