The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 19(1) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:—

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2000.

Commencement

2. The Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 shall come into force on 6th April 2001.
