1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Bodies) (England) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 22nd December 2000.

(2) This Order extends to England only( 2 ).

2. The bodies which are specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby designated as bodies which appear to the Secretary of State to be recognised bodies.

3. The Education (Recognised Bodies) Order 1999( 3 ) is hereby revoked.
