The Treasury in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 10(1) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000( 1 ), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

2. The bodies listed in the Schedule to this Order are designated in respect of the financial year ending with 31st March 2002 for the purposes of section 10 of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000.
