The Secretary of State, in pursuance of section 16(4) and paragraph 12(6) of Schedule 1 of the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Accounts and Audit) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 30th March 2000.

Accounts and audit

2. In paragraph 12(5) of Schedule 1 to the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 for the words “31st December”, where they first appear, substitute the words “31st March”.
