The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by paragraph 4(7) of Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 13th April 2000.

Amendment to the Films Co-Production Agreements Order 1985

2.The Films Co-Production Agreements Order 1985( 2 ) shall be amended by substituting for the Schedule the following–

1985 c. 21 . Paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985 was repealed and re-enacted as paragraph 4(7) of Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985 by the Films (Modification of the Definition of “British Film”) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/2386 ).
