The Order Prescribing Forms under the Licensing Act 1902 (Amendment) Order 2001

Coming into force

1st April 2001

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 31(1) and 198(2) of the Licensing Act 1964( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Order Prescribing Forms under the Licensing Act 1902 (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

2. —(1) The Order of the Secretary of State, dated 28th October 1902, prescribing Forms under the Licensing Act 1902( 2 ) shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In the Particulars of the Notice of Conviction in the Appendix to the above-mentioned Order, for the words “Clerk to the justices” there shall be substituted the words “Chief Executive to the Justices”.
