The Certificates of Arrest and Surrender (Royal Navy) (Amendment) Regulations 2001
Coming into force
1st April 2001
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 110 of the Naval Discipline Act 1957( ), hereby makes the following Regulations:—
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Certificates of Arrest and Surrender (Royal Navy) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
2. In regulation 3(2) of the Certificates of Arrest and Surrender (Royal Navy) Regulations 1972( ), for the word “clerk”, where it first occurs, there shall be substituted the words “proper officer”.
