TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 45(1) of the Employment Relations Act 1999( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Employment Relations Act 1999 (Commencement No. 8) (Amendment) Order 2001.

Amendment of the Employment Relations Act 1999 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2001

2. —(1) The Employment Relations Act 1999 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2001( 2 ) shall be amended as follows.

(2) In article 3, and in the heading of the Schedule, for the words “18th April 2001” substitute the words “16th July 2001”.
