The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Part I of Schedule 11 to the Children Act 1989( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 4th June 2001.

Amendment to the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991

2. In Schedule 1 to the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991( 2 ), under the heading “ Western Circuit ”, after “Weymouth County Court” there shall be inserted “Yeovil County Court”.
