The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 4(2) of the Children Act 1989 ( 1 ) hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Parental Responsibility Agreement (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on the 1st September 2001.

2. The form set out in the Schedule to the Parental Responsibility Agreement Regulations 1991( 2 ) shall be replaced by the form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
