The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 5(2) of the Company and Business Names (Chamber of Commerce, Etc.) Act 1999( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:—

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Company and Business Names (Chamber of Commerce, Etc.) Act 1999 (Commencement) Order 2001.

Commencement

2. The Company and Business Names (Chamber of Commerce, Etc.) Act 1999 shall come into force on 10th May 2001.
