The Housing Act 1996 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2001

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 232(3) of the Housing Act 1996( 1 ) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Housing Act 1996 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2001.

Commencement

2. The following provisions of the Housing Act 1996 shall come into force on 15th October 2001—
