The Curfew Condition (Responsible Officer) (Amendment) Order 2001

at 7.00 p.m. on 1st October 2001

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 37A(4) and (5)(b) of the Criminal Justice Act 1991( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Curfew Condition (Responsible Officer) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force at 7.00 p.m. on 1st October 2001.

Amendment of the Curfew Condition (Responsible Officer) Order 1999

2. —(1) In article 5 of the Curfew Condition (Responsible Officer) Order 1999( 2 ), for the text from “GSSC” to the end there is substituted “Reliance Secure Task Management Limited of Boundary House, Cricketfield Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1QG”.

(2) In the heading to Schedule 3 to that Order, for “GSSC OF EUROPE LIMITED” there is substituted “RELIANCE SECURE TASK MANAGEMENT LIMITED”.
