The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions in exercise of the powers conferred by section 69(3)(a) of the Transport Act 2000( 1 ) hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited at the Civil Aviation (Publication of Directions) Regulations 2001, and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Publication of Directions

2. The manner of publication of the directions referred to in section 69(3)(a) of the Transport Act 2000 shall be by publishing them in the Official Record of the Civil Aviation Authority.
