The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(4) of the Transport Act 2000( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Aerodromes (Designation) (Chargeable Air Services) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Designation

2. The aerodromes specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby designated for the purposes of section 77(3)(b) of the Transport Act 2000.
