The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 96(10) of the Transport Act 1968( 1 ) (“the Act”) and now vested in him( 2 ), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 101(6) of the Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Drivers' Hours (Goods Vehicles) (Milk Collection) (Temporary Exemption) (Revocation) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 31st December 2001.

2. The Drivers' Hours (Goods Vehicles) (Milk Collection) (Temporary Exemption) Regulations 2001( 3 ) are hereby revoked.
