The Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2001

The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 44 of the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2001.

Commencement

2. The following provisions of the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001( 1 ) shall come into force on 2nd January 2002:

(a) section 38;

(b) section 43 for the purposes of paragraphs 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Schedule.
