The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 60(6) and 166(3) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999( 1 ), hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Appeals (Family Visitor) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 12th January 2001.
Amendment of regulation 3 of the Immigration Appeals (Family Visitor) (No. 2) Regulations 2000
2.The Immigration Appeals (Family Visitor) (No. 2) Regulations 2000( 2 ) shall be amended as follows:
(a) in regulation 3(1)(a), for the figure βΒ£500β there shall be substituted the figure βΒ£125β; and
(b) in regulation 3(1)(b), for the figure βΒ£150β there shall be substituted the figure βΒ£50β.
