The Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 80 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000( 1 ), the Secretary of State for Education and Employment hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2001.

2. Section 72 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (failing to secure regular attendance at school) shall come into force on 1st March 2001.
