The Leicestershire (Recovery of Expenses) Order 2001

Coming into force

1st April 2001

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 35(1) of the Leicestershire Act 1985( 1 ) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Leicestershire (Recovery of Expenses) Order 2001.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Specification

2. The sum of £600 is specified for the purposes of section 35(1) of the Leicestershire Act 1985 as the maximum amount of expenses which a district council may recover from each owner of the premises.
