The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9(7) of the Administration of Justice Act 1985( 1 ) and of all other enabling powers, makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Solicitors' Incorporated Practices (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 6th April 2001.

2. In article 3 of the Solicitors' Incorporated Practices Order 1991( 2 ), after the words “In this Order:—” there shall be inserted the following definitions—
