The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions makes this scheme in exercise of powers conferred by sections 16, 17, 19 and 326 of the Highways Act 1980( 1 ) and now vested in him( 2 ) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:—

1. This Scheme may be cited as the M11 London–Cambridge Motorway (Redbridge–Stump Cross Section) Scheme 1970 (Revocation) Scheme 2001 and shall come into force on 23rd March 2001.

2. The M11 London–Cambridge Motorway (Redbridge–Stump Cross Section) Scheme 1970( 3 ) is hereby revoked.
