The Insolvency Fees (Amendment) Order 2001

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 415 of the Insolvency Act 1986( 1 ), and with the sanction of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:β€”

1. This Order may be cited as the Insolvency Fees (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 2nd April 2001.

2. The Insolvency Fees Order 1986( 2 ) shall be amended by the insertion of the following entry at the end of Part II of the Schedule to that Order:β€”

β€œ 14 On the amount expended on any purchase of Government securities (including the renewal of Treasury Bills) pursuant to a request made under regulation 23A ( 3 ) ... ... ... ... per cent 0.625 ”
