The Family Law Reform Act 1987 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2001

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 34(2) of the Family Law Reform Act 1987( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Family Law Reform Act 1987 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2001.

2. Section 23 of the Family Law Reform Act 1987, section 33 of that Act, insofar as it relates to the amendments set out in paragraphs 21 to 25 of Schedule 2 to that Act, and these paragraphs shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
