The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the Access to Justice Act 1999( 1 ), being satisfied that the duties of the Legal Aid Board under paragraph 6 of that Schedule have been discharged, makes the following Order:
