The Secretary of State, in pursuance of section 16(1) and Schedule 1 paragraph 12(6) of the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Accounts and Audit) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 29th December 1998.

2. In paragraph 12(5) of Schedule 1 to the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 for the words “31 December” where they appear in both places substitute the words “31 March”.
