The Companies (Unregistered Companies) (Amendment) Regulations 2001

The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 718 of, and Schedule 22 to, the Companies Act 1985( 1 ) and of all other powers enbling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Unregistered Companies) (Amendment) Regulations 2001.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 16th February 2001.

2. The Companies (Unregistered Companies) Regulations 1985( 2 ) are hereby amended by inserting in the Schedule to those Regulations, after the entry relating to Part X of the Act 1985, the following entry—

“ Part XA Control of political donations by companies ” .
