The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 89(2), (3)(a), (b) and (bb), 90 and 134 of the Fair Trading Act 1973( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Merger Report (Interbrew SA and Bass PLC) (Interim Provision) (Revocation) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 28th January 2002.

Revocation

2. The Merger Report (Interbrew SA and Bass PLC) (Interim Provision) Order 2001( 2 ) is hereby revoked.
