In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 21(1) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992( 1 ) the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Government of Further Education Corporations (Revocation) (England) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 13th May 2002.

Revocation

2. โ€”(1) The Regulations specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to further education corporations in England) are hereby revoked.

(2) The Regulations specified in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order are hereby revoked in relation to England.
