In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 36 and 54(3) of the Education Act 1997( 1 ) the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education (QCA Levy)(Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st July 2002.

Amendment of regulations

2. —(1) The Education (QCA Levy) Regulations 2002( 2 ) shall be amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 5(3) before “awards” there shall be inserted “leviable”.
