The International Development Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2002

In exercise of the power conferred on the Secretary of State by section 20(2) of the International Development Act 2002( 1 ) (“the Act”), the Secretary of State for International Development hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the International Development Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2002.

Appointed day

2. 17th June 2002 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the Act.
